About Me

Adair
I am the founder and owner of Eating with Integrity, a burgeoning nutrition practice located in the Washington, DC metro area (www.eathonest.com). I believe in the power of the body to heal itself when nourished with healthy, whole foods and a nurturing environment. My goal as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, implementing early interventions that target the cause of the problem instead of treating the symptoms. In my private practice, I combine motivational interviewing techniques and Integrative and Functional nutrition therapies. Using a holistic approach, I consider the whole person and prescribe personalized eating plans to help your body heal itself from the inside out. Committed to a healthy, balanced lifestyle myself, I enjoy running, biking, camping, hiking, rock climbing, kiteboarding, yoga, cooking, and curling up with a good book.
